TRICOM Systems, Inc - CT Business Phone Systems

On October 19-21 Bill Parker of Tricom Systems traveled to Sin City, Las Vegas, to attend the Avaya 2011 Global Sales and Partner Conference. The conference was held at the historic MGM Grand Hotel. Over 5,000 Avaya Sales, Marketing, Distribution and Partners attended the conference. Avaya's leaders spoke throughout the conference about the past fiscal year including the successful acquisition of Nortel, and the growth opportunity over the upcoming fiscal year.

Although the conference was geared to larger partners Bill was able to meet Tricom's channel manager and connect with him face to face. Bill was able to receive the most up to date information about Avaya's new products and plans for the future. He also attended a number of breakout sessions including one given by the Gartner Group. The Gartner Group is an information technology research and advisory company. He was also able to meet many other Avaya partners and learn from them to better serve you.
