TRICOM Systems, Inc - CT Business Phone Systems

Dave and Herb, a Tricom technician, traveled to sunny Florida to do a complete phone system installation on November 7-10 for the restaurant development group, CB5. Tricom has worked with CB5 in the past when they installed the phone systems for two other restaurants, Lulu in Norwalk, CT and Tattoo in Hollywood, FL. In November, Tricom and CB5 collaborated again for the upcoming restaurant, Bongos, in Hollywood, FL at the Hard Rock Café plaza. Bongos is a chain of Cuban restaurants started by Gloria Estefan's husband, Emilio Estefan Jr.

The pair arrived at the restaurant when it was still a construction site and without proper attire they were chastised by the general contractor on the job. Herb and Dave ran to the phone closet to hide from the GC and start the installation process. However, the three day install continued without any more issues with the GC. Dave and Herb left the restaurant about a month before the launch date with a successful phone system installed. Hopefully we will be able to install another phone system for CB5's next restaurant.
