Dave recently traveled to Vancover, Washington to complete a large install for Coface North America, which helps companies minimize risk when trading credit. Tricom installed 44 stations and Avaya's IP office in the Vancover office. Coface records every internal and external phone call, but Avaya's IP office can efficiently and easily track their call volume.

The install was a complete success, but the project was extended when the equipment arrived late. Unfortunetly Dave has to spend a few extra days in beautiful Vancouver. Installations can sometimes be a tough job. We look forward to working with CoFace in the future.
