Good morning all,

Upon arriving to work today we noticed there was a problem with out phones and internet.

  • Dialing out from and RJ line; would hear series of beeps and caller id on the phone stated ‘Waiting-for-line’.
  • Calling the RJ from my cell phone; received busy signal.
  • *Signing into internet: received an error message that there was no connection.

I called out emergency phone numbers around 5:10 and left messages. Rick Brockett from Tricom called me back a few minutes later to inform me he would look into the problem.  He called me back shortly afterwards to let me know that the problem was due to an outage in the area with our phone provider and he had reported the problem. Our ticket  # is 522-16.

Around 6:00am I received my first call of the day and at that time I checked a few different lines and our internet and everything seems to be running smoothly now. Rick also followed up to make sure everything was all set.

Hello David,

Since we started our collaboration in 2002, I have not had the opportunity to express how satisfied we are with the services of Tricom Systems.  I feel it is time we remedied the situation.

Having utilized your services in various domains (Phone System, Maintenance, Low Voltage Cabling), we are always impressed with the quality of work performed.  The four sites that were re-wired by you have been flawless in the workmanship.  The telephone equipment is always very cleanly installed and promptly supported in a rare event of failure.  Your technical staff, particularly H. Bocchino, has never demonstrated anything less then perfection in installations and any follow up support.

I am always confident to have my main sites supported by you.  In the future, I hope your coverage will extend nationwide to service our other offices.

Finally, I would like to express personal recognition to you for the many times you intervened to expedite our various issues with our Telco carriers.  In many cases, without assistance, I would not have been in a position to keep my deadlines.  I must admit that since working with your company, the department has met all its telco and wiring deadlines.

Dear Bill:

I want to thank you so much for everything you and Herb have done to make the update of our Avaya system such an easy and successful process!

From our first meeting, I was impressed with how thorough you were in assessing what we needed to do to upgrade our present phone system, and I really appreciate your willingness to work with our existing equipment when possible, but upgrade as necessary.  I really felt that you took more time and care in assessing our needs than the previous venders who had come in.  Certainly your quote was fair. Ultimately we felt your offer and your company would offer us the best value and service available.

Working with Herb, who installed our upgrade, has only confirmed that belief.  Needless to say, everything went beautifully! Of course we have had a few little glitches, but thank you and herb for taking care of them so easily!

All in all, I can only say that I am grateful that Jamie D’Agostino introduced you and your company to our practice.  I am very appreciative for all that you have done!
