Steps

  1. Go to the phone with extension 10 or 11 (Has to be x10 on the older systems).
  2. Press theses buttons in sequence
  3. Feature, 0, 0, Left intercom twice
  4. At this point if you have a display phone it should display "System Program"
  5. TIME - For Time entry press #103 and enter the time in military format Example: for 2pm you would press 1400.
  6. When finished you can exit programming by pressing Feature, 0, 0 or you can press left intercom to return to system programming.
  7. DATE - From program system you can enter the Date by pressing #101, and entering the date in the format MMDDYY, For example to enter July 4th, 2008 press 070408.
  8. When finished you can exit programming by pressing Feature, 0, 0 or you can press left intercom to return to system programming.
  9. DAY - From program system you can set the day by pressing #102, the days are as follows Sunday = 1, Monday = 2, Teusday = 3, Wednesday = 4, Thursday =5, Friday = 6, Saturday = 7.
  10. When finished you can exit programming by pressing Feature, 0, 0 or you can press left intercom to return to system programming.

Tips

  • If you get stuck you can exit programming by pressing Feature, 0, 0 and repeat the steps to try again.
  • The system will update the time for all phones.
  • From system programming mode:
    1. 101 = Set Date
    2. 102 = Set Day
    3. 103 = Set Time
  • To enter system programming mode press Feature, 0, 0, LEFT intercom twice
  • To exit system programming mode press Feature 0, 0,

Warnings

  • Make sure to exit programming mode when finished or you will not be able to use your phone.
  • Programming must be done from extension 10 (reccomended) or 11 (some later systems only)
